big flcl vibes (maybe unfair given they came out at exactly the same time), a bit more on the charming slice of lifey side tho. the chada shit is fucking weird dude. but the father daughter resturaunt stuff is cute. also i like how mayuko gets put in conflict situations like getting anxious about going with friends and struggling with family stuff but that they doesn't receive any clear resolution.
